Maniac (1980)
IMDB: Maniac (1980)
Joe Spinell (ROCKY, THE GODFATHER) pretty much holds this one together. While there are a couple pretty neat gore effects, I found the extras including the Spinell story and interviews to be more entertaining than the movie.
